WHAT IS IT : Designed for local businesses to help raise their profile but most importantly to do business and make new contacts. It’s a cost effective, practical business exhibition with seminars and advice clinics for both the business community and members of the public looking to set up in business.

  • Any business or member of the public can simply come and join us as a visitor and make the most of this networking opportunity.
  • Those businesses based in Stafford Borough can book exhibition space.
  • In addition to the above anyone can attend the seminars and advice clinics by appointment.

To help you find funding to support your business growth, the BIC has developed over a number of years its own database of funding support which identifies all the business support organisations in the region that can help your business and includes a separate section showing all the funding opportunities open to businesses in the region.

What does it cost?

The BIC is supported by local sponsors, the European Regional Development Fund, UK Business Incubation, Staffordshire County Council and various other national and local funding organisations. This means that much of the work carried out is free of charge. However, for detailed work carried out on your behalf, charges would be agreed in advance, and calculated on a cost recovery basis.
