Background
This centre was the headquarters of the Staffordshire Business Innovation Centre (BIC), who manage all of Staffordshire County Council’s managed workspace centres. The centre was opened in 1994 and provides excellent office accommodation for small to medium sized innovative and high technology based businesses.
