Waterside Court is based on Third Avenue,
Centrum 100, just outside Burton upon Trent.

There are sixty office units that range in size from
100sq.ft to 484sq.ft and are available on flexible
monthly, ‘easy-in, easy-out’ licenses.

Workshop units

There are twelve light industrial workshop units of
600sq.ft available on fully repairing three monthly
tenancy agreements.

Background

This purpose built accommodation has a mix of both office and light industrial workshop units.
