Ezicode Ltd

Working in conjunction with Medilink West Midlands as part of the West Midlands Medical Technologies Cluster Program 2006-8, the Staffordshire BIC supported businesses like Ezicode Ltd who were looking to diversify into the Medical & Healthcare Technologies.

Traditionally supporting companies in the ceramic industry, Ezicode were now looking to develop a permanent sequential bar-coding label for scientific and pharmaceutical glassware.

The Staffordshire BIC provided strategic support in developing a business plan, assisting in research requirement in conjunction with Keele University, facilitation of a MAS (Manufacturing Advisory Service) project and sourced £10k worth of capital funding for specialist printing equipment.

This has allowed the Hanley based company to broaden its customer base for bespoke identification technology.
